The flatest century in the Heartland is the The Tour De Corn. It is going on this weekend and a few of us from southern Il.are plan on giving it a try. We did the Superman ride two weeks ago and it had some hills to it . THE CORN RIDE HAS ONE HILL OVER A INTERSTATE IT CROSSES and they usually have 600 riders or more doing it. The heat is going to be turned to the mid 90's this will make it interesting anyway. The only sad thing is my youngest son wo'nt be able to make the trip to this one after are light 40 mile Saturday mourning ride he broke his arm at home above the elbow. We will sure miss him on this one being that he is our pace setter pushing us to our limit if we can keep his pace or slow him down plus he lives to ride his bike and will be out for the summer. We all know that hurts staying out of the saddle that long SO GET BETTER MIKE WE MISS YOUR RIDING SKILLS . Here is there web sight
