A Chinese apothecary is the best place to get it.
I am not sure which one ( or which combination of the various varieties )
would be best. I just go in and ask for the best; and pantomine what I want it for.
Use for a couple weeks while you adjust to the new schedule.
It's not something you want to keep on taking; too strong.
