Ahhh, yet another great commute. I stopped at the doctors office for a complete physical this morning. Everything is great, I received allot of positive feedback from the doctor. He said he wished he had more people my age (54) that was in as good of shape as me. It was quite an edifying experience... ahhh, except for the finger part, if you know what I mean . Beautiful day, did some extra miles on my lunch break and I'm planning on taking the long way home. The air is so fragrant with all of the spring blooming going on. Life is grand!
