Tektro aero levers rock. They are a ripoff of much more expensive and slightly lighter C-Record levers, with the same extremely ergonomic hoods and levers (far more so than traditional "hatchet" style aero levers), and the same cool quick release that lets you easily remove fatter tires. Plus they're chhhhhhhheeeeeeeep (~40 cad), I think they're one of the best values out there in cycling.
