40 miles (65KM) at 17.5 mph (28.1 km/h) at about 280 with an average cadence of 81. At 300, on New Years Eve did the same at about 24 Km/h no cadence computer but likely high 50s average. The faster ride was no my Newish Surly CC and the slower ride was on a Jamis Hybrid.
Its fun as fitness level improves to see the changes in our riding style. I have gone from masher to an aspiring spinner.
