actually no, maybe a single speed but the derailleurs are crap and those old rusted steel parts are a pain. what kind of hub is that on the front? All the parts are pretty cheep and for the most part aren't worth the time and money. If the wheels are relatively straight and you can repack the bearings without having to replace the cones then it might be a worthwhile to singulate.
