OK, I'm not where I was a year ago, no, but I'm not where I was before I left for NY either.
I missed 10 days in NY ( not counting the stationary ) and just got cleared by the doctor today to start up again. So, I went out and did 15 miles. OK, I went out for 12 on Tuesday but maybe that was dumb. Anyway, it's just hard to get the rhythm going again. I know it'll all come back but it's amazing how fast it can all go away, isn't it?
