^^^I agree that the Norco is better. There were some nice Free Spirits in the early 70s and before that came from Austria with Reynolds tubing. The one you're looking at ain't one of them though.

I believe Norco was Canadian and I never saw them down here in Fla. The black hubs are intriguing. Early DuraAce had black large flange hubs. If the rear derailleur says Shimano Crane on it the bike is worth the price (assuming reasonable condition of course) if only to turn around and resell.

Alan's advice is solid. Mid80s with Suntour Cyclone or Superbe or Shimano 600 or DuraAce or of course Campagnolo and you're looking at a very smooth riding bike.
