Been traveling a lot myself. Riding has been sporadic between crashes, doctors, airplanes and travel. Got home from a quick four day trip to Tulsa last night. This morning RR wants to go riding. She has been riding and teaching spin classes. The tandem was out of action so off we go on the 1/2 bikes. 39 miles later I dragged into the driveway, totally worn out. We went out with the club for a quick Winters loop. The pace was way out there. We did 39 miles at an average 19.6 mph. So much for a little mercy. Tomorrow she is in a seminar and I have a choice of riding or the gym or both. I have to go to Texas for three days on Monday and next Saturday we do an unsupported century into Napa across the high hills between Solano and Napa and back. Lunch will be at V. Sattui winery.
