I had a Blackburn frame pump and it didn't have a gauge. I would suggest looking into a CO2 inflator over a frame pump. They aren't that expensive and the replacement cartridges run about $1.50-2.00.
If you are in fact looking at the Blackburn carbon fiber pump (Your link didn't work right), why not go with the "regular" Blackburn(148g) which weighs/costs less than the Blackburn Blackburn carbon fiber pump (211g)?
