Mussel Rock... yeah, quite a feeling there, isn't it? I always feel... I don't know... tension? when I'm there.
I've learned a lot about the plate boundary -and fault- in my years living here... everytime I learn something, I don't feel quite the same way about the ol' home town. I knew I lived 3/4 mile from the fault -I went to 7th & 8th grade at San Andreas School- but I just found out the actual plate boundary -not the same thing as the fault- is 2 doors down the street... I cross it at least twice -Pacific-North American-Pacifoc- everytime time out on the bike. Wow.
