+1 on Velocity hoops. I've got 600 miles so far on my Velocity Aerohead/Aerohead OC set from Mike Garcia at
Odds and Endos. The blue ones look great with my yellow and blue bike.
Even after specifying 28 spokes front, 32 rear, and brass nipples, they came in at 1609 grams (plus tape and skewers), which isn't bad for everyday commuting wheels.
They seem to roll forever, have eliminated all the "junk shake" my bike used to have, and they shrug off the construction site between home and work and some curb-hopping.
I realize this doesn't help the OP in Sweden...
