It actually IS a 20" when measured to the top of the seat tube, but the top bar is a little shy of 19". It's big for her, but she is able to stand over it and with the seat all the way down (or almost all the way down) she'll be fine for now. The Ritchey seatpost that's in there is LONG - you can't put it down much more than it already is in those pictures, so that will be going on my Redline and she'll get the stock seatpost from the Redline.

Either way, it's like riding a couch compared to what we're used to (80psi on rigid aluminum hybrids doing 60+ miles at a time), which is pretty fun :-)
