I have an old set of Ultegra cranks that I'll be swapping out for a set of Nashbar Treking cranks and a Nashbar ISIS BB. (Anyone know anything about these Nashbar parts???)

Also, I found the frame to fit big (contrary to Bottomfeeder's experience) especially wrt the top tube/reach.
