Landis' defense to that is Powertap training data that showed he was capable of that power output for that distance in training...in the cool spring ~55-60 degrees.
Again you are missing the point. The only 'proof' we have that Floyd doped is that the Lab said he did. The Lab violated many of it's own protocols and in doing so lost any credibility that it's results are accurate. Just because they say they are doesn't make it so. If the WADA is going to hold the riders to a high standard then it has to hold itself and it's Labs to that same standard. The sad thing is that we even have to have this debate. The only reason we can have such a debate is because the Lab f'd up and we can't trust their results.
