If you really like the fit of your Specialized Dolce, you should look at other Specialized bikes first since they will have about the same geometry. They have a dozen different women's road bikes listed on their web site, with the Dolce being the cheapest. Their Ruby carbon bikes look really nice.
+1 stick with Specialized if you like the fit -- there's nothing more important. In the $1500 range, the Dolce comp is a sweet bike with 105 all around. Solid race bike.
