I just got a saddle soar after last week end so I decided to stay off the bike for probably 5 days, it's been 3 now and it's getting a lot better. Mabey you need to stay off the bike for a bit? I may give the bag balm thing a try too. I've been using this stuf called Burts 'something or other'
