I have attached some examples and am basically asking opinions on them. The bike is working perfectly and I have no issues at all frame etc just this annoying paint issue. The warranty on the paint runs out within the next couple weeks and I am debating whether to push the issue with my LBS.

Also as some background, this is my first really expensive for me road bike and I have babied it..

The bike has not been abused and the paint issues are not the result of any kind of chipping on my side. My theory is that between coats of paint, dust or some other contaminant got on the bike between coats, I am a clyde at 220 and think the flexing of the frame may have exposed the issue.

Any help or opinions are appreciated......

The frame is excellent but the factory paint job is crappy. I'd have the frame stripped and sent to a reputable bike paint shop to have it powdercoated. Much more durable. You would think with the expense of these bikes, they could at least the get a high quality paint job done. Nah.
