I've found the simple reeeaaally basic ones to work the best. Either the Innovations Air Chuck or a knock-off that works the same way. Anything else and it's just more to fumble with. You can easily control how much air flow you have with the Air Chuck by just pressing harder/softer, so I don't see what other control is required.
