No, it's not. The paintjob is clear coated but still hanging in the basement. It needs some decals, and final clear coating. No big deal really.
The big deal is the money I need for the Record or Chorus Group and a wheelset so I can finish it. You're talkin' $2,000 or so. At this point, the money is my only limitting factor. I'm hoping sometime this fall.
