There is a recent post in the road cycling forum about someone who had issues with a motobecane bike that arrived is less than perfect shape.

Long in short of it, the owner posted and corrected the issue with the guys bike, in like 2 days. Left a reasonable post as well. Not that it was not annoying as hell to the guy, it at least got corrected.

There does seem to be a couple guys on here who have an axe to grind, and just make up **** as they go along.
