I do not understand the theory of ebay=scambay? Buying on ebay is like buying from any place, except with ebay, you know a few things about the seller-country of origin, reputation, quality of product selection etc. Because of ebay, I was able to engage in various recreational and atheletic pursuits without spending too much money. I say if you get scammed, it's 90% the fault of the buyer for not doing prior research.

Compare that to the ebay item I won and paid for on the 22nd of June and still no goods. The seller and I both live in Phoenix. I emailed the ebay seller after a week with no response. No way to track. No item. He could have walked the item to me by now. Just mad. I think I'm getting scammed. That's all.
