Buying on ebay is like buying from any place, except with ebay, you know a few things about the seller-country of origin, reputation, quality of product selection etc. Because of ebay, I was able to engage in various recreational and atheletic pursuits without spending too much money. I say if you get scammed, it's 90% the fault of the buyer for not doing prior research.
