i would suggest the Topeak Road Morph pump against valve stem damage.

The OP asked if CO2 would inflate a tire to 90psi. A better question might be if you can inflate a tire to 90psi with a frame pump. That's a pretty good workout and, if you're not careful, you'll tear your valve stem and get a chance to try it all over again.
