This is off topic but has to do with track bikes in tokyo nonetheless. Is 16000 yen a set a good deal for the non-njs Dura Ace high flange hubs over here? That's about $160 canadian. Also, does anybody know what the duty rules are for bringing stuff back from Japan into Canada?
