Heh. During the club ride Sunday, I was following the leaders and everyone in front of me ran over this friggin' pothole--no one even warned. The front tire (Tufo C S3 tubular clincher) survived, but the Michelin Pro 2 Race got a pinch flat. Grrrr!
By the way, the universe did not explode or implode, while running different types of tires, for me either.
