See reply above. They were 3ttt bars. They're no longer available. They were nice bars, they had a teardrop shape on the flats.
"Bullhorn" doesn't really mean anything - it's a slang term for pursuit/TT bike handlebars with ends that stick up like the horns of a bull. Equally, people will call them funny bike bars. It's all the same thing.
If you want bars that slope down from the stem like those, go for Mavic TT bars. They slope a little more, but they're still available.
