Bikes: Fuji Roubaix RC 06

Please confirm on stem and integrated headset

Hi,

I just flipped my stem over as I want to try some different positions to get comfortable. A few things I wanted to check before I ride the bike:

1) Is it OK to flip the stem? There was no discernible (sp?) difference in sides/ends. It's a Ritchey Pro if that matters. I always figure if the manaufacturer has their logo both ways, then it must be ok.

2) The headset cap. This came off easily with an allen key and didn't seem to be doing much other than acting as a cap for the tube. Is that correct? Does it matter how much it is tightened? Should I have greased it anywhere?

3) Should I have greased or loctited (that's a verb, right?) the screws on the stem (that attach it to the bars).

Bit of a noob as you can tell and want to avoid foreseeable trouble. Any guidance is much appreciated.

Thanks,
T
