Thats an awesome looking bike, and great color! I'd also imagine its columbus SL seeing that it has campy drop outs, its a high quality bike and its amazing you got it free?
If the wheels are lumpy I'd guess its either cause the rims are outta true, or maybe its just the actual tires from sitting unmoved for years. Spin the wheels and examine em. Its a ride worth getting new tires for anyway, enjoy!
