Trouble is, you can't ever know for sure. Each sting could be the one that sensitizes you, so the next sting results in flowers and soft music. In my former line of work I saw two cases of insect sting anaphylaxis. It's deeply troubling, but so easily sorted with the right med. Hell, I've just about talked myself into carrying an EpiPen on the bike!
