warm and humid this morning. When I got to work, I looked like I just steped out of the shower. I rode the 7500 today instead of the trusty 400. I find I don't like it as well. Hope I get used to it.
RIP '89 Trek 400

Last night, I had a bunch of drivetrain issues. Tight chain link, Front der. all out of alignment, indexing off. I think someone must have done something to it while it was locked up. Anyway, I tried to fix it. I got the chainlink fixed, and the front der. fixed, but the rear still doesn't work quite right, and the whole thing makes an aweful racket, even after lubing it. I know I could take it to the shop and get it working again, but I have 3 bikes, and I only use two, so I'll just sell the 400 at a charity garage sale, and be happy with the road-bike and the commuter/gravel trail bike.
