No, the type that mounts with a bolt to the fork crown, where a fender or caliper brake might be mounted. Harris Cyclery has them, and while I do like that shop, and have used them in the past, I just can't justify $22 for the part, and I really have nothing else to buy at this point (I've already put in 3 orders elsewhere on this build for small parts, and I ended up spending way too much to justify the shipping costs!)
