I thought it was a simple question. People say when you workout hard you weaken your immune system and sometimes can run a slight fever. I come home and get a warn shower and im good after that. I dont have any thing to keep my feet or clothing dry. Do they make waterproof shoe covers? I know I can get jackets.
Thank you

Yeah, moms used to say that sort of thing so you wouldn't track mud into their nice clean houses.
And yes, you can get booties to cover your shoes:

If it is warm out, riding in the rain won't hurt you at all, especially if you have fenders to keep the road gunk away from your face. In warm rains, I don't even bother with the rain gear. The only time rain could become a problem is if it is cold and you are not dressed appropriately ... that's when you could become hypothermic. Oh, and you do need to ride cautiously over railway tracks, through puddles, and over painted bits on the road.
