I took a closer look at the decal and the only ones that look like "real" stickers are the grey diagnol line in the frame. The Headbadge seems to have a clear cloat over it and I can't feel the edges. The parts that have M. Kint on them and the top tube red also have a clear cloat over them. The Motteo was place on top of everything; meaning it was obviously put on by the bike shop where this bike was first sold. I haven't called the number on the sticker but I'll do it sometime next week. Hopefully it's still open so they can give me some info hopefully.
