I'm going out of town for the Memorial Day weekend, other wise in town and available.
I ride Chatfield occasionally. Used to ride it a lot until we moved to Parker. Enjoy going from Carson Nature Center out to the Marina for lunch and returning, or heading downtown from Carson. Last summer, did the entire Platte River trail, etc., for a metric century+.
Also very much enjoy Bear Creek Trail, and riding over the hill to the park area. One of the best hills east of the foothills!
