That was the intention with the 83 viper but the frame is too rusted to bother and the other parts on it were trashed except the rims and stem. I stripped all the parts off and was gonna fix it up but I just decided there isn't enough there to do a serious resto. But I have been contemplating rebuilding it for fun and taking it to my local bmx track to see how fast it would be. The GT was gonna be my daily rider but the bike is just too old school for me to do any serious tricks on it for fear of it self destructing. You didn't tell me to lower my seat?
