If its already been hit once and is laying there, dodge it, it will be slippery.
If its running just go your course, it will dodge your tires 99% of the time.

Now if you are driving an 18 wheeler, squirrel can get busy, stand less chance.
I hit a snake once and almost went down, dang things are slippery.
