Occasionally the pivot points on the brakes, just be careful to keep the lube off the brake pads and rim. Never put lube in the hubs, headset, and bottom bracket. Make sure it is the green can.

The only thing that goes in hubs, headset, and bottom bracket is grease. I like the Park Polylube 1000 personally.
