if you are in Canada, get the red Schwinn pump from Canadian Tire, it converts to either Schrader or Presta plus a few other things. It's been great for my presta and schrader valves. It cost about $35. My LBS gave me an presta-schrader adapter for free so I can fill my tires at gas stations if I need to.
