Dewd .. please do not mess with heat. I am FROM West Africa (as in born and raised). There is something up with the sun here (angle, perhaps). I went to the doctor 2 years ago because I couldn't believe I was burning; complete with heat rash on my arms, ears and the back of my knees though.

Stay out of the sun at the peak of the heat OR go with SPF 50+ and slather it on.

For what you already have, get Aloe rub it on .. and what the other poster said.
