I also had a great weekend ride but no pics..
I rode with a girfriend of mine who also does duathlons, we usually dont ride together to keep our friendship going
We are both very competitive towards each other and she has been sour with me because i came in two minutes before her in this last duathlon, she beat me last year and didnt see that one coming.
But I was surprise to see that we let go of being competitive and really enjoyed our ride together!

It was windy ( what's new with that), we did 34.6 miles, took our turn pulling and we averaged 19.2, not bad... not bad at all
I finally saw 37.2 MPH on my computer going down this hill where I finally stopped being scared and was able to push, that's my personal best and that called for the best ride I ever had all summer.

On a funny note, my gf rode herself into ditch from double looking at this guy who I thought was a mirage I was suffering from. good times
