Another very effective lead out strategy that is very stealthy, is for teamates to attack simultaneously from the right and left sides of the pack and then hook up together in front of the pack. This confuses the peleton because they don't know which guy to chase, and if you do it really early, say the beginning of the last lap, the pack may not react right away thinking its just some noob taking a flyer who will die before the line, not realizing there are two guys attacking at the same time.
