I rescued a "baby jogger" from a trash pile last week. Brass wire drill attachement took most of the rust off. Bearings were cartridge. Cleaned the wheels and greased the brake cable. Laundered the seat. That didn't cost much and I'm ready to give it to a new mother.

It did occur to me that the thing would make a great load bearer when everyone else is backpacking.
