And as a sprinter it boils down to one thing. Keep the pace high, and just as importantly keep building it up. Then I; 1) Don't have to fight to keep the wheel I want and 2) Can make my move when I want to, not when dictated by a surge boxing me in, ect.
It's as simple as that. How high is high, and when to start are dictated by the race and the course, both judgement calls you cant totally plan ahead of time.
