Looks like a later Super Corsa. I would guess it's a 91, by the serial number. That's not the same number you posted earlier, is it?. I think they started using that 'spoiler' BB in 1988-9 and went to a different brake bridge a bit after.
Looks rough, but some spit and polish will help. Should be a nice riding machine.
At least it's a 'real' Cinelli, instead of some of the other imposter's that have shown up lately.
