Come to think of it, it does feel significantly flimsier than the KHS. Agreed on that one.

After switching to a higher gear ratio I realized how flimsy The Hour's frame is. It's also pretty heavy at about 20lbs fully built. I'd say the sealed Formula hubs are about the only good thing on this bike.
That being said, I suppose it's decent for someone just getting into fixed gear bikes. If you are working on a tight budget and don't expect an spec list, go for it!
