Spokes lose tension, it happens. As you ride more, you may even snap a spoke. Almost all the time, the broken spoke can be replaced, and then the wheel can be re-trued by adjusting all the spoke tensions, and then it's good as new.

FWIW, reflectors are worthless, just remove them from the wheels.
