Nice pics! I used to hike near that area in a place called Dolly Sodds. Very open, almost like being above timberline. The Sodds are beautiful however no bikes allowed. There are a couple trails just outside
the Sodds on the southern end however, they are nothing like the Sodds. They do allow
XC Skiing in the Sodds so I'm thinking of trying that this winter.
