The BB cups will likely work with any spindle that is the right lenght. If the hubs and spokes are good new rims dosent sould like a bad idea. I just did a wheel. I managed to get the spokes laced up right but needed to take it to the local bike shop to be trued and dished. There is a site that has instructions on lacing a wheel , some one will post a link I dont have it. I like the lugs on the grand prix. Is yours dutch?
