Thought I'd try to get some advice here since most people in my city look at me strangely when I talk about riding.
I'm about 24 weeks pregnant and love riding my bike. That and walking have been my primary forms of exercise lately. However, no one around here seems to know what limitations should be set, if any. Last weekend I rode 30 miles on my Giant Sedona, but normally I'm at about 5-10 miles because I ride in the city and, frankly, I don't feel like getting hit by cars.

Advice anyone?
